This Intro To SUP class will introduce you to the sport of Stand Up Paddling.  You will learn the fundamentals of SUP in a fun and safe environment.  This is the foundation for your future paddling endeavours.  You will need to be comfortable in the water as well as be able to swim.  You do not need to have prior paddling experience to take this class.

90 MINUTES  (15-30 MINS ON LAND)  16 YEARS YOUNG & UP
